Accomodation Rates

Peak Periods (Green Days)

Toy/ Small Breeds	: $25/night
Medium Breeds	: $28/night
Large Breeds	: $33/night

Other peak periods and surcharges
: CNY period (CNY eve to 5th day of CNY) - surcharge $12 per day

Upon your request, more than one pooch from the same household may share one housing unit i.e. 2 small breeds may share a housing unit meant for medium breeds at no extra charge.

The second pooch gets to enjoy a $2/night rebate off the default rates. All pooches may check in any time after 1130hrs and check out at the end of the stay before 1200hrs (so 1-day surcharge or thereon will be levied).

Booking and Cancellation Policy

All slots for accommodation are to be pre-booked ahead of check-in.

Reserved slots are only deem confirmed upon placement of deposit^ at NADC at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date.

Should there be a cancellation* of booking, a refund of deposit may be arranged subject to the following conditions :

Cancellation of booking 5 weeks to check-in date, 100% of deposit will be refunded with a levy of $10 administrative charges**.

Cancellation of booking 4 weeks to check-in date, 50% of deposit will be refunded with a levy of $10 administrative charges**.

Cancellation of booking 3 weeks to check-in date, 25% of deposit will be refunded with a levy of $10 administrative charges**.

Deposit placed for booking cancellations requested for less than 3 weeks to check-in date will not be refunded.

For dates of booking reserved very near to check-in date (14 to 7 days prior to check-in date), placement of deposit is still mandatory. Cancellations incur a $20 administrative charge.

^at least 50% of total amount payable for a full stay with NADC.

Food

If we serve our own food, the following rates will be charged.

Transportation

Transportation (pick up or drop off) is available on a limited basis. Please call for details.

By per hour basis

Medium Breeds	: $3.50/ per hr
Large Breeds	: $4.50/ per hr
Giant Breeds	: $6.00/ per hr

By daily rates (1100hrs - 1900hrs)

To ensure a parasite-free environment for your furbies during their stay with us, we have implemented a precautionary measure on top of the weekly fogging procedure. Mandatory flea & tick dips will be administered on all boarders checking in and thorough checks will be done prior to them checking out.
